If cancellation made by the guest (you)
The following are our Refund Policy applicable in all of our travel services regardless you avail the tour package or just the tour activities, accommodation or airfare.
- Non-refundable if cancellation made within 30 days prior to departure.
- 50% of the total cost after deduction of processing fees if a cancellation is made before 30 days prior to departure.
- 75% of the total cost after deduction of processing fees if a cancellation is made before 45 days prior to departure.
- 100% of the total cost after deduction of processing fees if a cancellation is made before 60 days prior to departure.
If PhilGoers Travel Services (us) cancels the tour
If PhilGoers Travel Services must cancel the tour for any reason (including inclement weather), we will provide a full refund* of your payment (excluding processing fees). Or we give you option to reschedule your tour (subject to slot availability), as long as the cancellation occurs before the day of the tour.
If the tour has already begun and PhilGoers Travel Services is forced to cancel, abort, or shorten the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no reimbursement or chance to reschedule.
Policy for No-Shows
Failure to arrive on time on the tour date results in automatic forfeiture of all funds paid for the trip.
